Why Bats are cool

Reason Number One: As the only truly flying mammal, that should be reason enough in itself. Flying is awesome.

Reason Number Two: They are cute.

Reason Number Three: They are good for the environment. No seriously, bats eat insects. AND they're important in rain forrests because they spread seeds, or something like that.

Reason Number Four: They are misunderstood. I have a soft spot in my head for creatures that are misunderstood. ("Oh sure, blame the bat. What the heck? We're easy targets.")

Reason Number Five: Bartok. See Anastasia, you won't regret it.

Reason Number Six: They are the logo for Baccardi. Why is the rum gone?

Reason Number Seven: They "see" by echolocation.

Reason Number Eight: They're cute. (Who cares if I already used that one. Its doubly true.)

Reason Number Nine: They are the inspiration for the most kickass superhero ever.

Reason Number 10: They just really don't need any more reasons.
